    • Includes a full initial website functionality test and proofread.
    • Existing issues assessment report created and submitted to client for review.
    • Functionality testing performed along with any updates made to website.

  • WordPress Updates
    • Assess and Implement WordPress updates regularly.
    • Updates can break websites if implemented too early!

  • Plugin Updates and Maintenance
    • Research and implement updates to website plugins.
    • Research and implement updates to website theme.
    • Plugins and themes need reviewed to ensure compatibility and prevent broken functions and downtime.

  • Text and Image Updates
    • Adjustments, corrections, etc. to existing site text.
    • Updates to image slider images and up to (5) static image swaps.

  • Webmaster Tools
    • Website set up properly for search engine interaction or a review of services, if already set up.

  • Email Address Maintenance
    • Addition, adjustment, and removal of email addresses if set up through web hosting.

  • SSL Certificate Maintenance
    • Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates regularly checked for proper implementation and any necessary refreshes, if broken.

  • Security Monitoring
    • Basic security plugin installed if no security already set up.
    • Security monitoring and adjustments made, as necessary.

  • Website Backups
    • Regular offsite and online backups of complete website generated in case of catastrophic failure.

Advanced Services

Advanced WordPress Website Management (1 Year)
Maximum of 30 unique static webpages. Does not include blog management.

  • All Basic Services
    • Our advanced WordPress plan comes with all the services in the Basic plan.

  • Advanced Security Plugin
    • Realtime IP blocking for brute force attacks and malicious access attempts.
    • Ability to block entire countries so that only your customers can access your website.

  • Advanced Firewall Plugin
    • Additional traffic filtering and up-to-date protection from evolving threats.

  • Additional Image Updates
    • Updates to image slider images and up to (20) static image swaps.

  • Advanced Backup Plugin
    • Regular offsite and online backups of complete website generated in case of catastrophic failure.
    • Additional functions like automatic backups when updating WordPress or plugins, easy website migration in case of server failure or hosting change, restore backups created by other plugins, etc.

Maximum of (80) unique product listings.
  • Product Stock Updates
    • Updates to available product totals based on client-supplied inventory and restock lists.

  • Existing Listing Text and Image Updates
    • Adjustments, corrections, etc. to existing product listing text.
    • Add images or swap in new images to existing product listings for up to (30) total images.

  • New and Replacement Listings
    • Maximum of (40) new listings and existing product listing replacements combined.
    • Plan pricing to be adjusted if total product listings exceeds (80) after new listings are added.
